不能删除，pagefile.sys是虚拟页面文件，是系统虚拟内存用的，hiberfile.sys是系统休眠需要用的文件。
pagefile.sys文件可以转移到非系统盘来节省C盘空间，hiberfil.sys可以通过关闭来节省C盘空间。详细步骤：
一、将pagefile.sys文件转移到非系统盘：
1、在win10系统桌面上，单击此电脑。右键，属性。
2、单击高级系统设置。
3、在性能中，单击设置。
4、在性能选项，单击高级。
5、虚拟内存里，单击更改。
6、把自动管理所有驱动器的分页文件大小去勾。再单击无分页文件，再设置。再单击是。
7、选择需转移到的磁盘，比如D盘，选择“自定义大小”，初始大小和最大值，输入在系统C盘中设置的大小；例：1024MB-1728MB。再单击设置即可。
二、关闭休眠：
1、隐藏文件【hiberfil.sys】占据C盘3.17G的空间，特别是有些用户安装的固态硬盘本来就不大，因此关闭休眠很有必要。
2、在桌面按快捷键【WIN+R】打开运行窗口，输入【cmd】，然后点【确定】打开【命令提示符】。
3、在打开的【命令提示符】页面直接输入【powercfg-h0ff】（注意有空格）
然后点击回车键【Enter】。
4、已经成功关闭休眠。
